These terms apply to stays at Bontle R Guesthouse, 09 Allenby Street, Parys, Free State. By confirming a booking, you agree to the following.
All rates quoted are guaranteed and will remain unchanged for the stay covered by that quotation.
Full payment, or a 50% payment, is required in advance to confirm an accommodation booking. Rooms are only secured once this payment has been received.
The remaining balance, if a 50% deposit was paid, is due before or on arrival, unless otherwise arranged in writing.
Please use the following banking details for deposits and confirmed bookings. Use the name of the guest who received the quotation as the payment reference so we can allocate it correctly.
If you need to change dates or cancel, please contact us as soon as possible.
Because a deposit or full payment is required to confirm a booking, refunds are considered at the discretion of Bontle R Guesthouse, depending on notice given and whether the room can be re-let.
Check-in and check-out times will be confirmed with your booking. Please let us know if you expect to arrive outside those hours so we can arrange access.
Rooms are for the number of guests booked. Additional guests must be arranged in advance and may be subject to availability and an extra charge.
Please treat the house, furnishings, and grounds with care. Guests are responsible for any damage beyond fair wear and tear.
Smoking is not permitted indoors. Quiet hours are requested in the evening so all guests can rest.
Bontle R Guesthouse is not liable for loss of, or damage to, personal belongings during your stay, except where required by South African law. Vehicles are parked at the owner's risk.
We use your name, contact details, and stay dates only to manage your booking and communicate with you. We do not sell your information to third parties.
